Property Resync Review
Review every change the resync script made when it pulled in the latest RC export. Nothing has been destroyed β soft-deletes can be reverted, fuzzy matches can be merged into existing properties, and renames can be rolled back.
What does βMergeβ do?
Merge is for fuzzy matches. When RC has a property whose name is similar but not identical to one already in Built Correct, we play it safe and add it as a brand-new property so nothing gets overwritten by accident.
If the two rows really are the same property (e.g. RC renamed it, or it got relabeled with a new PM like “Coho” or “Clark”), click Merge into existingβ¦, pick the existing Built Correct property, and we’ll combine them β the duplicate row is deactivated and future appointments will line up correctly.
If they really are two different properties, click Looks good and they stay separate. Youβre matching RC property ↔ Built Correct property, not property-to-PM.
